Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once an order has been processed or delivered.If there is a quality issue with your arrangement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to resolve the problem, which may include a replacement or store credit.Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of delivery are non-refundable, as the flowers are custom-prepared and perishable.We appreciate your understanding of these policies designed to maintain the highest freshness and service quality.
