Orders and Payment

Deliveries
We deliver according to the schedule agreed upon at the time of order. Please ensure accurate delivery information is provided. For larger or custom orders, please contact us directly to discuss specific requirements. -
Substitutions
In the event that certain flowers are unavailable, substitutions of equal or greater value may be made while preserving the overall design and color scheme. -

We take great care in handling and delivering your floral arrangements. However, we are not responsible for delays or damages caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather or recipient availability. -
