   Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery. Late cancellations or changes may incur fees.

3. Deliveries
   We deliver according to the schedule agreed upon at the time of order. Please ensure accurate delivery information is provided. For larger or custom orders, please contact us directly to discuss specific requirements.

4. Substitutions
   In the event that certain flowers are unavailable, substitutions of equal or greater value may be made while preserving the overall design and color scheme.

5. Liability
   We take great care in handling and delivering your floral arrangements. However, we are not responsible for delays or damages caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather or recipient availability.

6. Privacy
   All personal information collected during the ordering process is used solely for order fulfillment and will not be shared with third parties.

7. Intellectual Property
   All designs and images on our website are the property of our business and cannot be used or reproduced without permission.
